Hello. I’m back after an unplanned hiatus that saw me spend a week in NYC, get overly engrossed in Madonna’s comeback and almost have a heart attack at the Brit Awards when the aforementioned got pulled off her stage. Have no fear though as I don’t have anything that exciting planned for a few months, which is good as we’ve got a lot of catching up to do, innit!
So, I’m putting my money on 3 piece’ boy group’ Years & Years being 2015’s answer to Clean Bandit. With breakthrough single ‘King’ already peaking at the summit of chart greatness, No.1, and a slew of not so high charting singles that kind of mirrors CB’s ‘Rather Be’ success story, these fellas have got me playing all my chips. Aaaand, the lead singer in the group is kinda cute in a slim and slinky kinda way, no? And that voice, love it! Anyway, here’s ‘King’ and a few other ditties by this year’s surefire hitmakers.
